Anything the Obama Administration did is suspect. The so called deficit and National Debt is a fraud from its inception circa 1913. Who do ‘we’ owe this debt to? Spending Caps to conform to this fraud are complicit with this fraud. Congress has the power to Act to resolve this fraud under the U.S. Constitution but it refuses to do so. That refusal shows an inner vested, shall we say criminal – interest. This is what logically needs to be resolved.
