I would characterize CE-5 in this way: The Earth is a melting pot of all kinds of ‘peoples’ including ‘ET’ (a misnomer because of the ‘omni-dimensional’ reality) involved with this worldly ‘entanglement’ in the working out of divine principles especially the divine sovereignty of the soul and ‘quantum consciousness’ (non-linear / non-local [space/time]) of ‘anything and everything’ (imaginable) exists.
