The problem with street criminals is that they thrive in an impoverished miscreant environment. They aren’t victims of their circumstances – they thrive in them – and so attempting to improve the living conditions of their miscreant environment is not a real solution to their psychopathological state of mind as they’ll only become more affluent criminals in an improved environment. Criminals are an obscenity to human dignity and must not be appeased under any socialistic guise. Criminals profit off of other criminals forming criminal coteries and criminal syndicates. The expeditious solution to criminal activity is to arrest criminal perpetrators thereby preventing further crimes against just societies of law abiding citizens.
