All the ‘returned’ ballots (deceased undocumented ‘whatevers’ duplicated address unknowns) will go back into a DNC processing center to be fraudulently entered as votes for DNC candidates and issues while mail-in ballots can be harvested sabotaged changed lost or simply put into the nearest dumpster if voted for republicans. No doubt about it! These are proven precedents.
