Biden et’al is addressing a [MSM] Mockingbird ‘virtual reality’ audience. [MSDNC] has been cultivating this [VR] with ‘Faked News’ and Public Disinformation for years now. This ‘audience’ is their [TV] audience and who are their [VR] ‘believers’. All their psycho-political scripts are sync’d w/ this [VR]. Biden gets his memes off the teleprompter cues (or ear piece) – that is if he can make them out – otherwise he just garbles something incoherent in the demented spaces in-between. He’s being protected from criminal prosecution (see: Hunter Biden Indictment) so long as he ‘plays out’ this MSDNC role.
