GHW Bush deliberately threw in the towel to ‘his pick’ Bill and Hillary Clinton; from their CIA Mena Arkansas and Guns and Drugs Human Trafficking Money Laundering Operations. GHW then gave Presidential Pardons to his band of School of the Americas players. So the comparison is moot.
