I would observe ‘lacking integrity’ to have the SCOTUS betraying its ‘Oath of Office’ as well as its very ‘Reason for Being’. Clear Case of Dereliction of Constitutional Duty. Looks to me like the SC Justices are more concerned with their own personal tenured paychecks (w/kickbacks) and welfare. Obviously there’s no ‘Courage’ invested in the Court.
