Where’s the DOD?

Constitutional Law requires active defense (DOD) of The Republic and defense of The People from Enemies both Foreign and Domestic. Biden represents The Enemy Within the Gates. Where’s the DOD when The Republic and The People are obviously under attack? The People need some intelligent leadership at this critical time!
