Biden can’t think

Biden can’t think. He has no vision for America beyond its deconstruction. He’s a deep state puppet. His puppeteers whisper ‘things’ in his ears to say. Most of the time even he doesn’t understand them. So, it can’t be Biden’s thoughts and if not who is it that has these ideas?
