Impostor Joe Biden is treasonous intelligence within a criminally demented mentally impaired cognitively disabled DS programmed brain. Treasonous Intelligence = TI and Criminal Intelligence = CI perhaps he needs Artificial Intelligence = AI implants to restore some level of functionality. Time will tell! —crp
