The Colorado Supreme Court guts the First Amendment in a Trump-deranged ruling worthy of the worst jurists in the Third Reich. Not only does this decision bar Trump from the ballot, it goes much further, blatantly criminalizing entire swathes of the President’s political speech — and yours.
“Imminent lawless action” is the cornerstone of our constitutional speech standards. Colorado judges claim to be worried about it, but the only lawless action here is their own. And if this ruling is allowed to stand, there will be more.
All Colorado Supreme Court justices are Democrat appointees, but those who voted to remove Trump from the ballot went to Harvard, Yale, Penn, and UVA — all top 14 law schools. Those who dissented went to Denver Law School.

Presumably, the SCOTUS will overturn this ruling, and this stunt will only end up making Trump more popular, and proving the establishment’s desperation.
They know they can’t win. They don’t have control of Twitter anymore, so they can’t shape public perception like they used to, and with citizen journalists able to dismantle their narratives in real time, their propaganda is largely neutralized. We are calling their plays out before they run them. We have the playbook.
They are FUCKED. And they know it. So they have no choice but to try to jail Trump, keep him off the ballot, or worse.
But with every step they take to prevent Trump from reclaiming office, they dig their graves just a little deeper, further justifying their future prosecution.
In the end, this will be a net positive for Trump. It will only fuel the anti-establishment movement that much more, and it provides Trump with future political ammunition to unleash on his enemies.

The Colorado Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that former President Donald Trump is disqualified from holding the presidency under the Constitution’s so-called insurrection clause and ordered the secretary of state to exclude his name from the state’s Republican presidential primary ballot.
This ruling creates the template for every other State to follow… and they will.

The Colorado Republican Party is considering a significant shift in its presidential primary process. In a bold move, party officials have threatened to abandon the primary system altogether, opting for a pure caucus system.
Understand that the ruling in Colorado was not bad – I believe it was outright corrupt. It is clear that there was an insurrection in this country and it was carried out by the FBI and corrupt elected officials against a sitting President. If this is allowed to stand then it is clear our judicial system is lost.
It is now up to the SCOTUS to do what they refused to do in the aftermath of 2020 – to do what is right instead of what is easy. We are looking at submitting an amicus brief on this case and will do so if we think it will be of benefit. This part is the easiest for me to understand. Joe was the best empty vessel for Hussein to use for his 3rd term with the least amount of fear for getting in his way because: 1. He’s too stupid, 2.
