President Trump has never been convicted of any crime. This Colorado Supreme Court decision is a clear violation of not only his rights, but the rights of the American voter to vote for the candidate of their choice. This decision is what ELECTION INTERFERENCE looks like!
A key and important quote from the dissent of those CO Supreme Court judges voting against this unconstitutional decision comes from no less than a democrat Justice, Judge Samour—in his dissent he wrote:
“I have been involved in the justice system for thirty-three years now, and what took place here doesn’t resemble anything I’ve seen in a courtroom.”
I fully expect the USSC to throw this case out, it should be a 9-0 vote (we’ll see) and a decision must be made immediately to reinstate Trump because ballots for Colorado are supposed to be to go to print in early January. And this should shut down all the other states foolish enough to violate our constitution—this all has to stop and stop now!

With their advocates buoyed by the apparent success of the Colorado-based lawsuit to deny former President Donald Trump a place on the 2024 presidential ballot, efforts to use the courts to thwart Trump’s chance at the White House are underway in almost a third of U.S. states.
The core argument against Trump — the front-runner in the GOP primary race — is that a part of the post-Civil War 14th Amendment bars those who have committed insurrection against the government from seeking federal office, specifically listing the legislative branch.
The website Lawfare is tracking the Trump cases.
It says four states — Florida, Minnesota, New Hampshire and Rhode Island — have rejected claims seeking to bar the Republican front-runner from being on the ballot.
13 others have cases pending filed by groups trying to block Trump: Alaska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
In two other states — Arizona and Michigan — cases were dismissed by a lower court but have been appealed, according to Lawfare.
In addition, Maine, which had been dormant after one case fell by the wayside, also has a challenge to Trump pending, according to The New York Times.
The list could grow. After the Colorado ruling was announced, California officials indicated they would try to use the 14th Amendment as a way to short-circuit Trump.
New law… If any state in our Union blocks the official nominee of a major political party from the Presidential ballot, their electoral slate will not be counted by Congress on the following January 6th.
