Interstellar Travel (I assume means the transport of a human body) to “where” exactly? Under what “environmental” conditions? This concept is parochial. One travels anywhere instantaneously in the Spirit. It’s just a matter of knowing where to go! —crp

The Spirit as in RV or OBE’s etc. is non-local and omni-present. Basically who you really are. Perceptivity is a key. One’s connection to a human body is the genetic set-up for this psychological effect and sensation of being and having your personal “ID”. The Spirit can be anywhere it postulates itself “to be” and so “Interstellar Travel” (Star Trek Style) is just a romantic fantasy and it’s not really the “way to travel” – if you know what I mean.
