Meditation!!! Meditation is a mind-body practice in which your attention is focused on being mindful of the present, your breath and your mind to promote awareness, cultivate wellbeing and reduce stress and anxiety. It comes in many forms and can be practiced almost anywhere, so long as you can be aware of your body and surroundings. We are told that meditation is so important to our mind, body and soul. • Enhances self-awareness. Self-inquiry and related styles of meditation can help you “know yourself.” This can be a starting point for making other positive changes.

• May reduce age-related memory loss. The improved focus you can gain through regular meditation may boost your memory and mental clarity. These benefits can help fight age-related memory loss and dementia.

• Can generate kindness. Metta, or loving-kindness meditation, is a practice of developing positive feelings, first toward yourself and then toward others. Metta increases positivity, empathy, and compassionate behavior toward others.

• May help fight addictions. Meditation develops mental awareness and can help you manage triggers for unwanted impulses. This can help you recover from addiction, manage unhealthy eating, and redirect other unwanted habits.

• Improves sleep. A variety of meditation techniques can help you relax and control runaway thoughts that can interfere with sleep. This can shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and increase sleep quality.

• Helps control pain. Meditation can diminish the perception of pain in the brain. This may help treat chronic pain when used to supplement medical care or physical therapy.

• Can decrease blood pressure. Blood pressure decreases not only during meditation but also over time in individuals who meditate regularly. This can reduce strain on the heart and arteries, helping prevent heart disease.

• Accessible anywhere. If you’re interested in incorporating meditation into your routine, try a few different styles and consider guided exercises to get started with one that suits you.

There are so many meditation how to videos online but from what i personally see not many actually get it. I was shown a video yesterday that actually hit home for me. He is direct. He explains it in the absolutely best way. This video is 30+ minutes but it will change your whole perspective of meditation. It did for me. It made more sense because after I tried it last night I did get a more peaceful sleep (and yes this is late because I actually overslept). So frogs I truly recommend this video. Stop panicking!!! Listen very carefully!!! This is a movie! Perhaps an interactive movie but still a movie. The plan was designed to take out the evil and restore freedom to mankind. The White Hats did all the heavy lifting already. We are still being taught what our world was about to become if they did not step in. So please. Stay calm. Stop worrying. All will be fine. Yes this IS a war. There will be casualties but a lot less because of the plan and the Leaders. But you need to know that the White Hats are truly in full control. We can see the finish line so lets just keep our eyes on that. Yes there will be a few more obstacles to get over but we have it. We always did. You were chosen for this time in history. We all were. We will be the rebuilders, the educators, the healers, the designers etc. have faith. Breathe. We are fully reliant on God. Look deep inside you and you will understand and find all that you need.
