President Trump has been GAGGED, SILENCED, DRAGGED THROUGH THE MUD, and now Corrupt & Conflicted Judge Merchan tells jurors they donât need to unanimously agree on a verdict for him to be found GUILTY.
This might be the most absurd example of corruption the American justice system has ever experienced: and itâs happening to our next PRESIDENT right before our eyes.
The Democrats can try, but they will NEVER derail whatâs coming.

The same demented democrats that are abusing our justice systems to try to make Pres Trump a âfelonâ refuse to prosecute Epsteinâs client list.
Just think about that.

President Clinton paid Paula Jones $850,000 to settle a claim that he had exposed himself to her while she was an Arkansas State employee.

The fact that this case was ever even brought to trial is a disgrace to the American justice system. There has never been a bigger example of lawfare being used to interfere in a presidential election than this bogus case and everyone knows it.
.@DonaldJTrumpJr: “People understand that it’s a show trial. It’s a show trial to try to help the Democrats. It’s the epitome of election interference…this is the [judge] whose daughter’s fundraising and making millions of dollars off of it…that’s banana republic stuff.”

Gregg Jarrett: âThe Sixth Amendment requires prosecutors to inform every defendant âof the nature and cause of the accusationsâ against them. The deliberate refusal by the prosecution to do so in this case is an egregious violation of a hallowed constitutional right. Only in closing arguments âafter the trial testimony concluded and all of the evidence was presentedâ did the prosecutor finally reveal the enigma: it was a federal election crime. But wait. He then contradicted himself by claiming that it was a state crime. Which is it? As a matter of law, neither. It can not be the former because a local prosecutor has no authority to enforce a federal law. And it can not be the latter, because it was a federal election, not a state contest. State law has no application.â
Gregg Jarrett: âI dare say that in the history of American jurisprudence, never has a defendant been tried on an unidentified charge. No ethical prosecutor would ever do it. No fair or competent judge would ever allow it because every defendant has a right to be informed of the precise accusations against him. It is guaranteed in the Bill of Rights and rigorously guardedâŠThe U.S. Supreme Court has held that unanimity in jury verdicts is required under the Sixth and Seventh Amendments. That requirement extends to all issues, said the high court. To find someone guilty, jurors must always agree âwithout dissentâ on every necessary element of the purported crime. This is an indispensable feature of jury trials. Yet, it has inexplicably vanished in this case. District Attorney Alvin Bragg has deprived Trump of a fair trial by robbing him of his due process rights guaranteed under the Fourteenth Amendment.â
Gregg Jarrett: âUnanimous jury decisions are a bedrock constitutional principle derived from the Sixth and Seventh Amendments. That requirement extends to all key issues, including every necessary element of an alleged crime and/or the establishment of secondary crimes. This is an indispensable feature of jury trials. Itâs what defines our rule of law and makes Americaâs system of justice the envy of the world. But in the trial of Donald Trump, jurors can agree to disagree while still reaching the ultimate verdict in unanimity. Only in an âAlice in Wonderlandâ case with a Mad Hatter judge could the cherished principles of fairness be turned upside down.â
Everyone’s against this case. I haven’t seen one legal scholar say that this case should’ve been filed. It’s 7-years-old, everybody turned it downâŠFederal Elections turned it down, the Southern District turned it downâBragg turned it down, then he rejuvenated it when I was running for officeâat the request of Crooked Joe Biden.
