Biden spent decades in the Senate destroying the judicial confirmation process, including his leadership in promoting filibusters against nominees (he started it). He most recently attacked the Court’s rulings involving abortion, student loans, and admissions discrimination by Harvard (and other schools). His Senate surrogates are targeting Sam Alito, as they have attacked Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch, and before that Bret Kavanaugh during his confirmation process.
And Biden and his lapdogs attack President Trump for condemning the Stalinist star chamber in the Manhattan court? Biden is a disgusting demagogue, at best.

Ok, if labeling is what Alex Soros and the loathsome Democrat media want (“convicted felon”), let’s try this: The DOJ, through its special counsel Robert Hurr, found that Biden was too much of an imbecile to charge with multiple violations of the Espionage Act throughout his career as a senator and vice president, as well as a private citizen. Thus, JOE BIDEN IS A DOJ CERTIFIED IMBECILE.

Oh, and by the way, if/when Donald Trump becomes president, his attorney general will be free to charge Biden with multiple federal felonies for violating the Espionage Act as he will not be bound by Hurr’s decision not to prosecute. This has nothing to do with the Supreme Court’s upcoming presidential immunity decision in that Biden’s violations pre-date his ascendancy to the presidency.

“Yeah, I saw this somewhere else and I just want to reiterate what you just said. Are you saying that you’re proposing moving the Republican National Convention to July 4th, as opposed to July 15th? Is that what you just said?” Bartiromo asked.

🇷🇺🇺🇦Ukraine’s Strike on Kerch Ferry Crossing Demonstrates the Difficulties of “Isolating” Crimea
▪️A major attack coordinating naval drones and large numbers of ATACMS missiles allegedly damaged 2 ferries and possibly a pilot boat and patrol boats, according to pro-Ukrainian “Kyiv Independent”;
▪️The attack was complex, requiring NATO intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, using large numbers of assets and extensive planning/coordination;
▪️ Such attacks using large numbers of munitions and resources are not possible on a regular basis – not even often enough to permanently disrupt port operations at a single Crimean port let alone the many that are used to move goods and passengers back and forth to the rest of Russia;
▪️In order to actually isolate Crimea, all ports and airports would have to be more or less permanently disrupted/shut down, requiring scores of ATACMS and other long-range missiles fired weekly, something that NATO and its Ukrainian proxies have been unable to do and likely won’t be able to do because of a lack of long-range precision-guided munitions required;
▪️Even Russia, which produces many times more long-range munitions than the collective West is itself struggling to permanently disrupt Ukrainian logistics despite the large volume of regular attacks conducted;
▪️Isolating a peninsula through long-range attacks alone is more or less impossible, with claims of attempting to do so meant more to bolster Ukrainian morale and terrorize/panic the Russian civilian population;
