BREAKING: CNN will implement a 1-2 minute delay for tonight’s presidential debate instead of the standard 7-second delay, potentially allowing time to edit parts of the broadcast.
Accoustic Kitty: Response to the above from X. My prediction for tonight’s debate:
CNN will broadcast on a significant delay so they can make on-the-fly edits.
Trump will have to communicate succinctly. CNN will likely chop some of his one-liners, and try to cut out Biden’s grievous “senior moments” entirely.
If this happens, viewers will see more jump cuts and maybe even truncated commercial breaks. People present at the debate will notice longer commercial breaks, especially in the second half of the event.
I honestly wouldn’t be surprised in the least if during this week-long “debate prep,” Biden was actually filming scripted responses to the questions for them to cut in for the broadcast.

This creates a very sterile, academic environment for the first presidential debate, which favors a lawyer/legislator like Biden, who is more experienced at this kind of dispassionate debating. CNN’s New Plan to RIG the Debate Revealed
It seems that CNN is RIGGING the presidential debate in more ways than one.
Tim Pool revealed that YouTube informed him that CNN is RESTRICTING live commentary for the debate, so that CNN can control the narrative.
CNN claims this is about image rights, but Tim Pool argues it’s an attack on civic participation.
“Commentary on Presidential Debates is the epitome of fair use,” he emphasized.

The presidential debate is RIGGED in more ways than one.
And this latest scheme could put Trump in prison.
Jack Smith’s team is seeking a gag order on Trump, which would prevent him from discussing the DOJ’s authorization for deadly force at Mar-a-Lago.
This would cripple his ability to defend himself against Biden’s attacks during the CNN debate.
Blanche, Trump’s attorney, warns that even a slight misstep could land Trump in jail if he mentions any restricted topics.
