Trump Classified Documents Case Dismissal:

This case exemplifies the degradation of our constitution by decades of DOJ malfeasance, layered incessantly atop another, to create judicial scripture rather than law. Yet again, the DOJ cited ‘long standing principles and tradition’ to justify the appointment of Jack Smith (unilaterally disregarding congressional mandate for this subject). How can a country govern, when the institution placed in charge of enforcing our constitution continues to make up legal practice via fiat, and call it ‘well settled’- how many times have you heard this from DOJ, only for them to break their own long standing principles for weaponized purposes. They have no credibility, and it is entirely of their own making.

Judge Cannon’s ruling confirms that Garland’s appointment of Smith was illegal from the start: There is no law authorizing such an appointment, or providing it any funding. The FBI is having trouble breaking into Thomas Crooke’s phone for finding a motive as to why this all happened when we all know how easy it is for them to access all of our information and devices.
