Election warrior, and my friend, Gold Star Mom Tina Peters was convicted by a DeepState Court in Colorado Inc., US Inc., of made-up charges for her efforts to safeguard the sanctity of CO Elections
Tina protected WeThePeople voters/electors in her County.
She is now another American Patriot martyr at the hands of agents of the British Accredited Registry, a foreign power, alien to the Republic for the United States, and responsible for the overthrow of its Constitution.
Verdicts:
1. Guilty – attempt to influence public servant (Jesse Romero)
2. Guilty – attempt to influence public servant (David Underwood)
3. Not Guilty – conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation as relates to Count 4
4. Guilty – attempt to influence public servant
5. Not Guilty – criminal impersonation
6. Guilty – conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation
7. Not Guilty – identify theft
8. Guilty – official misconduct
9. Guilty – violation of a duty
10. Guilty – failure to comply with Secretary of State
Tina Peters: We permanently removed 3 of the 10 changes. Not guilty, no double jeopardy on them.
Now we fight on appeal the 7 that she was not allowed to present law or evidence to defend herself.
