A political earthquake occurred in America yesterday. RFK, Jr. suspended his presidential campaign and endorsed Donald Trump. The two agree about ending the reign of the NeoCons in foreign policy and the Ukraine War, about ending the regime’s war on free speech and dissent, and about a bold approach toward conquering chronic childhood and other diseases. The picture painted of the impact of these on America’s children at the behest of Big Food and Big Pharma is shocking. Thus, they threw down the gauntlet against the powerful and corrupt corporativist fascists who control the Democratic Party and much else. It will be a hard fight, but one which can be won if we adopt that same attitude of mind and courage demonstrated by Kennedy and Trump, the mindset of our forefathers.

What “MAGA” really means
The phrase has troubled liberals who think it is a call for a return to an America before civil rights, gay rights, and women’s rights. But I have a more generous interpretation, one that is truer to my experience of Donald Trump as he is today. “Make America Great Again” recalls a nation brimming with vitality, with a can-do spirit, with hope and a belief in itself. It was an America that was beginning to confront its darker shadows, could acknowledge the injustice in its past and present, yet at the same time could celebrate its successes. It was a nation of broad prosperity, the world’s most vibrant middle class, and a idealistic belief (though not consistently applied) in freedom, justice, and democracy. It was a nation that led the world in innovation, productivity, and technology. And it was the healthiest country in the world. I have talked to many Trump supporters. I have talked with his inner circle. I have talked to the man himself. This is the America they want to restore.
Today’s endorsement by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. of President Donald J. Trump underscores the critical importance of this election. RFK Jr. has been on the forefront of shinning a light on the intrusion of the Deep State, the government’s endless war agenda and the corporatization of our food and health systems. RFK is a lifelong Democrat who has seen his party abandon the core values that his were established by his father and uncle many years ago.
Last October, CPAC had the honor of hosting Mr. Kennedy for a special event. RFK’s presence at the event was a reflection of the splintering of the leftwing coalition that has gone full woke to the point that old school democrats don’t feel welcome.
