🚨Organized Migrant Gangs Fuel Crime Wave Across New York City

New York City is in the midst of a serious crime wave fueled by organized migrant gangs that operate in all five boroughs. These gangs aren’t just petty criminals; they are part of a highly structured, organized crime syndicate that is causing havoc across the city. Migrants themselves are often their victims, while these gangs look at our justice system as a joke, using its weaknesses to their advantage.

One of the biggest drivers behind this crime surge is the Venezuelan gang Tren de Agua, which has been at the forefront of these criminal activities. In neighborhoods like Sheepshead Bay, Gravesend, and Midtown Manhattan, shoplifting has become rampant. Store owners are routinely robbed by groups of migrants, who come in with strollers stuffed with stolen goods. This might sound like small-time theft, but it’s not—these actions are carried out in coordination, with gang members reporting up the chain of command to their leaders.

It’s not just young gang members involved; older members issue orders and organize operations, turning what might look like minor crimes into a much larger issue. Central Park has seen massive robbery crews operating over the past few months, robbing 20 to 30 people at a time, and it’s clear these gangs are far more organized than they appear on the surface. I was one of the first to report on the rise of scooter robbery crews, who were robbing people across the city. People doubted me at first, but it was soon proven to be true. These crews were stealing from New Yorkers at an alarming rate.

The level of violence has also escalated. Gangs linked to multiple murders have spread across New York City, turning once-safe neighborhoods into danger zones. Roosevelt Avenue in Queens, long known for prostitution, has become a hub for gang activity, with Tren de Agua extorting local store owners, who are too terrified to speak out.

Guns are now being pulled off migrants in shelters more frequently than ever before, highlighting the real and growing threat. It’s no longer just about theft. These gangs are involved in violent crimes, including slashings, stabbings, and even human trafficking. There are rumors of children as young as 12 being trafficked by these criminal organizations. The gangs don’t just target random people either; many of their victims are fellow migrants, whom they extort and terrorize within shelters.

One particularly chilling case I’ve followed is a migrant who’s been arrested multiple times for robberies and a slashing of a 15-year-old boy. Despite these serious crimes, he was released and sent right back to his shelter. He’s just one example of how the system is failing to stop these gang members, allowing them to continue their criminal operations.

In Brooklyn, three people were killed during riots at a migrant shelter, showing the deadly consequences of these gangs’ influence. This organized crime has infiltrated many of the migrant shelters around the city, creating fear among residents and endangering everyone.

If proper vetting had been done at the border, these dangerous criminals would have never entered the country. The lack of border control has allowed these gangs to establish a foothold in New York, where they’re now wreaking havoc. It’s clear that what many see as petty crime is, in fact, part of a much larger problem—organized crime syndicates exploiting the city’s vulnerabilities.

Without a stronger, more coordinated response, these migrant gangs will continue to take advantage of the system, spreading violence, fear, and chaos throughout New York City.
