9 UNELECTED ‘JUDGES’ JUST CANCELLED AN ELECTION: Could Other Democracies Replicate This?

Remember the ‘Russian interference’ claims against Trump in 2016?

Well imagine if the entire election results were cancelled based on these claims, and Obama remained President beyond his term limit.

This is EXACTLY what happened in another democracy bordering Ukraine: Romania.

@elonmusk compared it to a dictatorship. Orban called it a “coup.”

But leaders of democracies are sitting silently at best, and in many cases backing these events.

Why?

Georgescu’s ally, George Simion, claims the reason to be Ukraine.

Simion, who would have been Prime Minster if the results were not annulled, claims NATO pressured the Romanian Government to cancel the results to avoid a peace deal in Ukraine.

He also claims that other European democracies, including Germany’s AfD, are concerned the Romanian model to cancel election results could be applied in their country.

Was NATO involved in what happened in Romania? Was it due to the Ukraine war? Are other democracies in similar danger?

After having similar discussions with President Bolsonaro and Prime Minister Imran Khan, I’m beginning to see a pattern, and it’s not looking pretty.
