Today my client @RudyGiuliani was unjustly held in Contempt of Court. Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, did not get what they wanted on behalf of their clients, Ruby Freeman and Wandrea Moss. They wanted Mayor Giuliani not to be able to defend himself at the trial on January 16, 2025, but the Judge did not grant that relief, as it would have been the death penalty in this case. You did not see the Plaintiffs in Court probably because this case is not about them. This case is about lawfare and the weaponization of the legal system in New York City.  Mayor Giuliani should get a fair hearing and trial just like President Trump should have but did not. The cases against President Trump and Mayor Giuliani are very similar – it’s the left wing Democrats trying to use liberal Judges in New York to win when they should lose on the merits. The Judge read an extensive decision on the record, which clearly was not decided at the close of this case, rather pre-determined and written before Mayor Giuliani’s testimony concluded and oral arguments rendered. Attorneys for the Plaintiffs were associated with Hunter Biden and one attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher was associate counsel in the Obama White House. That’s what this case is about.  The outcome was as aexpected, no surprise, except that Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, did not get the victory that they desired.

Does no one else think it’s odd that the attorneys for the Plaintiffs were associated with Hunter Biden, and one attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher was associate counsel in the Obama White House.

Who’s paying the bill? Who retained them? Who connected them to the plaintiffs?
