What is wrong with this picture?

As for the “Health Care” industry it was Cancer, then HIV AIDS, followed by CV19 / with mRNA Vax adverse reaction effects, and now the latest and greatest legally mandated “child mutilations” for the MSM psycho-cultivated gender dysphoria pandemic. Anyone with some common sense pray tell me what is wrong with this picture?
