Look behind the scenes

For every (let say geopolitical) conflict there is a third party behind the scenes instigating the conflict. Eliminate the third party i.e. The Deep State (MI6/CIA/City of London Inc.) and everybody suddenly becomes friends. Fact! Look behind the scenes of conflict and identify the third party that not only is the actual cause of the conflict but that exploits and profits through the instigation of perennial wars.
