We witnessed the heat shield tile falling off….

Re: The Space Shuttle Columbia. We witnessed the heat shield tile falling off in the launch. Perhaps it was sabotage? Upon re-entry that missing tile covered a very explosive spot on the shuttle. I don’t believe this was an accident. But it is evident what the cause of that disastrous re-entry was attributed to. Absolutely heart-breaking.
