Dealing with expressions of latent criminality

The Entire Purpose of Law and Order is to deal with the latent criminality that seems expressive of a corrupted human genome. This criminal malignancy is an existential crisis that must be purged from the face of God’s Earth. The face of this Evil is easily recognized by its insidious malignancy, no matter what the psycho-political cover. Evil is evil. Evil is the quintessential “Bad Guy” (aka Black Hat) in all of human history leading to humanity’s future (generations) on Earth.
