WTF is this person anyway?

This person, whoever it is, is totally crazy. Apparently living in a totally crazy world of psycho-babbling talk, it’s obviously “pseudo-talk” for whatever [WTF] it’s supposed to mean. I lived and worked in NYC in the 70’s and 80’s. Left in 1986. WTF is this crazy person talking about? Where are her lines of thinking coming from? This is more “Twilight Zone” episodic than the NYC that I have known. Totally crazy talk coming out of the Mayor’s Circle. Nothing but crazy talk. And this is supposed to be the “New Norm” even academically? A city, NYC, being run like an insane asylum.
