What a guy!

Gavin Newscum is the biggest criminal fraud ever; and regarding homelessness issue not only misappropriation and outright theft of designated funds, Gavin Newscum “The Pyromaniac” ‘s solution to homelessness is massive burns burning residential communities to the ground (and then misappropriating and outright stealing of funds designated to restore the burned out lands). What a guy!
