Metaphysical Boundaries

Re: Tolerance and the Metaphysical boundaries of a “Free Society” especially 1st Amendment Rights and Religion. Where does “Tolerance” fit into this political philosophical relationship? There are criminals, and psychopaths, as well there are “Fundamentalists” and “dramatizing psychotics”. And “Evil” in myriad forms. Tolerance of what? – Treason Sedition and Criminality? This is a classic case for a (legit) Supreme Court! We cannot “Tolerate” Evil of / in any form.
