Trump will have to communicate succinctly. CNN will likely chop some of his one-liners, and try to cut out Biden’s grievous “senior moments” entirely.
If this happens, viewers will see more jump cuts and maybe even truncated commercial breaks. People present at the debate will notice longer commercial breaks, especially in the second half of the event.
