Russia’s current defense chief Sergey Shoigu will replace Nikolay Patrushev as the Security Council Secretary.
Other heads of security ministries and services, as well as Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, will retain their posts in the government. The president has also proposed appointing Boris Kovalchuk as the Chairman of the Accounts Chamber. This post has been vacant for one year and a half.

Reshuffle in the Russian Defense Ministry
Sergey Shoigu, who has headed the Russian Defense Ministry since 2012, has been appointed Secretary of the Security Council. Putin has proposed appointing Andrey Belousov as Russia’s new defense chief. Belousov earlier served as minister of economic development, Russian presidential aide for economic issues and the first deputy prime minister, who oversaw the economic bloc.
Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that the decision to appoint Belousov as the defense minister is linked to the need of “making the economy of the security bloc part of the country’s economy.” Now the budget of the defense ministry is nearing the level of the 1980s, “which is not critical but <…> extremely important.”
Chief of Russia’s General Staff Valery Gerasimov will retain his post, Peskov stressed. Belousov’s appointment “will in no way change the current coordinate system” in terms of defense issues, he noted.
Shoigu to replace Patrushev
As the Russian Security Council Secretary, Shoigu will among other issues oversee the work of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, which recently became directly subordinated to the president.
Apart from that, Shoigu will also become the president’s deputy in the Military-Industrial Commission. Now Putin is its chair, while Dmitry Medvedev is his first deputy in this body.
Patrushev was relieved from his duties in connection with his new post, according to the presidential decree. The Kremlin will announce further details about his new position “in the coming few days,” Peskov said.
Reappointments
Putin has proposed that the other heads of ministries and agencies of the security and foreign policy bloc should retain their posts. Thus, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Minister of Emergency Situations Alexander Kurenkov and Justice Minister Konstantin Chuychenko will keep performing their duties.
Other officials who will retain their posts are Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service Sergey Naryshkin, the heads of Russia’s Federal Security Service and Federal Protective Service, Alexander Bortnikov and Dmitry Kochnev, as well as the head of National Guard (Rosgvardiya) Viktor Zolotov. Alexander Lints will remain head of the Main Department for the President’s Special Programs (he is in charge of developing and implementing the state policy in the field of mobilization issues and planning respective events).
Accounts Chamber
Putin has also proposed appointing Boris Kovalchuk as the Chairman of the Accounts Chamber. This post has been vacant since November 2022 when Alexey Kudrin tendered his resignation. The chairman of the Accounts Chamber is appointed by the Federation Council. Kovalchuk was one of three candidates suggested for the president by Russia’s upper house speaker Valentina Matviyenko.
In 2010-2024, Kovalchuk was Chairman of the Board of Inter RAO. In March 2024, he was appointed deputy head of the control directorate in the Russian presidential administration.

People born in the US are called Americans. The population is in decline because the fertility rate is at a 100-year low. In short, the birth rate for Americans is too low to be sustainable. What keeps the nation’s population at an acceptable statistical level are immigrants, many of whom are illegal and do not celebrate American values and ideals.
Worse yet, the mRNA vaccines, Gender-affirming surgery, economic hopelessness, political division, and decadence are eviscerating the flower of generations of Americans and their ability to start families.
On top of this, we have the Planet X flyby and coming pole shift. Due to all the diseases and debilitating consequences of mRNA vaccines, the vaccinated will be physically impaired, and many will succumb in the lead-up to the pole shift.
Here is the bottom line. if America continues on this current path, our nation will go to sleep with the dinosaurs, and we’ll become another myth tale for future generations, and likely, not a happy one.
How long do we have to respond to this existential crisis? A few years, and then it’s dying time. What should we do about it?
The first order of business is defeating the Deep State in America, which is well in hand as this will be the big driver of what happens downstream. But for now, what is before us?
We’re Winning
For those who get it, always remember Louis Pasteur’s wise advice: “Chance favors the prepared mind.” In other words, this is not about marching for a cause or building a survival stockpile in the basement but contemplating the future beyond today.
Good is winning this global war of good vs evil as the Great Awakening gains momentum. While the Global Cabal is heavily entrenched everywhere, it is facing its worst fear: popular uprisings or, in this case, a counterinsurgency in opposition to its insurgency conducting a war of attrition.
Consequently, as our numbers increase at their expense, we also destroy their economic lifelines. So, take heart. Good shall win decisive battles, and for those who get it and see the mission beyond defeating the Cabal, it is what we’ll need to do afterward.
Let’s begin with the present, and the fight is on, as good battles with evil. When the Deep State in America is defeated, where will that put us? To use WW II as a comparison, it will be like the battle of Midway in the Pacific or the Battle of Kursk in Russia.
After Midway in 1942, the Japanese Navy, the principal means of projecting power for Japan, was no longer a war-winning Navy as America ramped its industrial might.
Then in Russia in 1943, two heroes of the Motherland died for every Nazi during the Battle of Kursk. Still, Germany left so much blood and treasure on the battlefield that the Wehrmacht, its principal means of projecting power, was no longer a war-winning army.
Nonetheless, WW II dragged on to 1945 with a terrible loss of life because Germany and Japan fought to the bitter end. Here we are in WW III; it will be to the bitter end like the last.
We hope this new world war ends soon, but doing so only seems to invite hopium. Instead, a more prudent approach is to view this as a 100-year event for the whole planet.
Granted, you may not live to see the ultimate end of this war and the final defeat of evil, but you will nonetheless see these evil actors in America defeated as the Q freedom counterinsurgency movement continues to grow worldwide.
How will it all play out? Not as we expect, which is fine as long as one feat is achieved: We are freed from the parasitic predations of the elites. Everything else is gravy.
Hopefully, we will see a new monetary system that serves the common man to prosper and med beds to heal us in wondrous new ways.
With this in mind, let’s imagine this coming victory and what it means for the survival of our species.
About now, you’re likely wondering where I’m going with this.
A Win-Win community created for healthy, unvaccinated traditional families offers a beautiful and prosperous lifestyle. It will protect them from the harms created by globalist depopulation strategies and the coming Planet X flyby and pole shift.
Creating a complete community for 21 families capable of producing 10X the required food will cost approximately one million dollars per family, assuming the residents do much of the work. This is all-inclusive, including below-ground farming and shared community spaces.
When I wrote the book, I was thinking of individual communities adjacent to small rural towns. However, once the Deep State has been defeated, we will only have one or two years to do this, and for organizing civilian projects, that is not enough time. We need something faster; for those with an eye for opportunity, there could be some real gems.
The concept is simple. Instead of building individual communities, a new government in America devoted to competent governance and compassion may be persuaded to build pioneer forts manned by the military and surrounding these forts. There will be multiple win-win survival communities.
Is this a stretch? Consider this. In March 2023, then-President Trump proposed building 10 ‘freedom cities,’ each roughly 70 square miles in size and with a population of approximately 700,000 people.
The key point of Trump’s proposal is that these cities will be built on undeveloped federal land, and signals his intention to favor flyover states. Given what is coming with this Planet X flyby, that’s good news for America, as our coastal cities will be devastated by natural disasters.
So here is the proposition. As a part of that plan, we lobby for the construction of ‘freedom forts’ in rural inland areas suitable for a military presence and to fund or provide low-cost financing for win-win communities surrounding it.
In other words, we harken back to the days of the frontier forts that helped America win the West to provide a safe and secure area for healthy young families to secure a safe and enjoyable lifestyle. In this series’ coming installments, we’ll examine the issues and concerns of making it happen.

A paralegal from Manhattan Attorney General Alvin Bragg’s office testified on Friday during former President Donald Trump’s “hush money” trial that some phone call records between Michael Cohen and Stephanie Clifford’s (a.k.a. Stormy Daniels) lawyer were deleted, raising questions about evidentiary integrity.
In a bid to challenge some of the evidence being put forward in President Trump’s business records falsification trial in Manhattan, Trump attorney Emil Bove asked paralegal Jaden Jarmel-Schneider in court on May 10 about roughly three pages worth of records that the attorney claimed Mr. Bragg’s office had deleted.
Mr. Jarmel-Schneider confirmed some deletions. He acknowledged that some phone call records from 2018 between Mr. Cohen and Keith Davidson (Ms. Clifford’s lawyer) had been deleted, along with some records of conversations between Ms. Clifford’s manager Gina Rodriguez and then-National Enquirer editor Dylan Howard about Ms. Clifford’s claim that she had an affair with President Trump.
The Trump attorney alleged that the deletions were “significant,” prompting Mr. Jarmel-Schneider to dispute that characterization, though he acknowledged that some of the records had indeed been deleted.
Prosecutors have submitted the call records into evidence in a bid to bolster their case that the alleged affair—which President Trump has denied—took place and that the former president falsified business records to conceal payments allegedly made to Ms. Clifford to stay silent.
President Trump has denied any wrongdoing and maintains the case is a politically motivated bid to undermine his 2024 presidential campaign.
“Insanity! How on earth is this not a felony committed by Bragg and his minions? It sure would be if team Trump did it,” the former president’s eldest son, Don Trump Jr., said in a post on X.
Mr. Trump Jr. was presumably referring to the fact that evidence tampering is a class E felony in the state of New York.
Mr. Bragg’s office did not respond to a request for comment on the deleted records.
The development comes at the tail end of an intense week that saw President Trump subjected to gag order sanctions, two failed attempts by the defense team to have a mistrial declared, and Ms. Clifford taking the stand.
Mr. Cohen is expected to take the stand next week.
Trial End in Sight
After four weeks in court, prosecutors signaled that the first-ever criminal trial of a former U.S. president will be coming to an end.
Jurors will soon have to decide whether prosecutors have proved beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump was involved in falsifying business records as part of a scheme to influence the 2016 election.
President Trump was charged by Mr. Bragg with 34 counts of falsifying business records. Typically, this is a misdemeanor charge, but in this case prosecutors allege the records were falsified to cover up a scheme to influence the 2016 election and therefore amounts to a felony.
A number of legal experts have challenged the way Mr. Bragg elevated the misdemeanor into a felony. This includes retired Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, who argued that Mr. Bragg was operating on an invalid legal premise because he invoked federal statutes over which New York has no jurisdiction.
Mr. Dershowitz also recently said that he believes that Mr. Bragg’s office has violated voters’ rights with the Trump prosecution, with the legal scholar arguing that the case amounts to a criminal conspiracy to influence elections.
Prosecuting attorney Joshua Steinglass said Friday that prosecutors plan to call just two more witnesses and that it’s “entirely possible” that the prosecution will rest its case at the end of next week.
Mr. Cohen, who is set to testify next week, made the original claims that led to the case. Specifically, the allegation of falsified business records pertains to 11 checks Mr. Cohen received and their corresponding invoices and vouchers.
Mr. Cohen is expected to take the stand next week.
The defense team says that Mr. Cohen was paid attorney’s fees, while prosecutors allege that the legal expense categorization of the payments was fraudulent in order to cover up that they were meant to buy Ms. Clifford’s silence about the alleged affair.
Ms. Clifford testified over the course of two days, with attorneys and the judge expressing some frustration that she frequently responded to questions with commentary that did not directly answer the question.
Defense attorneys moved for a mistrial, arguing that her statements were “extremely prejudicial” and would improperly influence the jury.
The judge denied that motion.
