Sydny Powell was never actually Trumps attorney. She was one of the people trying to get Trump to sign the insurrection Act.

TRUMP NEVER SIGNED THE INSURRECTION ACT.

They were not working for Trump when they did what they did in Georgia.

1) Remember Juan said they would arrest him and get a gag order ( two years ago)

Thoughts on Sidney Powell’s plea deal and the unfounded speculation that she will “cooperate” against Trump – a few things to consider:

Powell pleaded to charges unrelated to Trump.

Powell did not plead guilty to the principal charge against Trump: the RICO conspiracy.

She did not admit that she was part of a criminal conspiracy with Trump, et al. to “unlawfully” change the results of the 2020 election.

Sidney Powell is absolutely innocent. The fact that Fani Willis dropped all 7 felonies tells the tale. She had no case, but she did have the coercive power of the state.

Criminal prosecution is crushing, and it has become clear that juries are no longer the protection to unjust prosecution they were created to be. Juries in these Democrat strongholds convict political opponents. It’s that chilling and simple. And the process of a trial alone is, as I say, crushing.

She hasn’t “flipped.” She has made the right decision for herself and her family. The rest of us should be very afraid, though. Why should any successful lawyer put his or her head above the foxhole in future election struggles if the weaponized state can manufacture crimes to destroy them after the fact?

My heart is heavy, because Sidney is a wonderful patriot and did not commit any crime. But I am also happy she can be done with this and come home to all of us who love her and can’t wait to hug her.

I have seen the reports that Sidney Powell entered a plea in the Fulton County, Georgia criminal case.

I do not believe that Powell ever served as President Trump’s attorney.

I hope that now that Powell is out of the criminal case, the Fulton DA will not need to call me as a witness.

At her request, I allowed Powell to work on her election cases at Tomotley in November of 2020. She was later joined by Mike Flynn and others who it appeared were working with them.

I did not draft, prepare, sign, or file any of the election cases Powell filed in various states. I was working on my own election cases filed in Georgia in my name as a Georgia voter.

I have no firsthand knowledge of the other Georgia defendants (although Ray Smith did briefly represent me in my first GA case before I terminated him in mid-December of 2020) except being an unwavering supporter of President Trump. Media reports that I served as the President’s attorney are blatantly false. Media reports that I “flipped” on President Trump were false and manufactured out of thin air.

I extended Powell and Flynn hospitality as I thought at the time they were REAL patriots.

I lived and learned. They will never be allowed to visit Tomotley again. I believe I have made clear on Telegram my feelings about Flynn and other members of his gang.

No good deed goes unpunished as I have been subjected to almost 3 years of false accusations in the FAKE media, B.A.R. complaints, and legal actions arising in large part out of their visit to Tomotley.

I wish Powell and Flynn good luck and I pray for them.
