🚨 JUST IN The most predictable, serious negotiation talks have begun between Russia & the US.

Donald J Trump and Vladimir Putin spoke via phone for 1.5 hours. This was confirmed by Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov. Trump also spoke with Zelensky via phone. Putin has invited Trump to Russia and the talks are being hailed as a success. This is historic in the sense of diplomacy communication. But nevertheless this was coming.

As I’ve stated before we will see an “end” to the war in Ukraine this year and fast, if the US gets its way & if Russia buys what the West says regarding security guarantees.

*Before I break this down, take note of all crediting Trump when this was planned before he took office. And end to the Ukraine war is what the US intelligence actually wants right now. It may not be want everyone want or what liberals or some of members of the EU want, but this is ALLOWED to happen now for several reasons I will outline.

Some time from now they may realize he’s doing a wonderful job in his role of playing the savior & peacemaker, while serving as king maker & expanding the US & Israel’s imperial power abroad.

Theaters are shifting and the age of normalization is here. But this isn’t over in a more nuanced sense. And it won’t be as long as the US, Israel and NATO exist in this way. Also brace yourselves because it will be difficult to sift through the sensationalism.

The UN welcomes any efforts to resolve the conflict in Ukraine & is ready to participate in the settlement if a corresponding request is received, the Secretary General’s office stated.

Ok now to the real meat of this which I sort of mentioned on the first post.

Russia knows this is a pivot for the US. The US is clearly focused on expanding its hold in the Middle East/ West Asia, and on China, so it sees this as a great opportunity to normalize relations with would-be adversaries like the new “Free Syria” under Jolani in spite of the fact Russia was fighting them for years alongside Assad and the Syrian Arab Army.

This is why Putin just spoke to Jolani. This is no coincidence. There were conversations in Doha BEFORE Syria fell and now we are beginning to see proof of what a handful of us stated correctly-there were some agreements made then.

And of course Russia welcomes an end to the war with the NATO collective. There’s war fatigue, Russia is an a position of power vs Ukraine & NATO in terms of having captured the most land and lost the least.

Ukraine on the other hand is in a losing position. It will take the fall and lose the majority of the disputed territory-if not all of it, not only because Russia has the upper hand, but also because this is part of the security guarantees the US need comply with. Donbass and Crimea are not up for grabs.

What this means for the world?

Russia has normalized relations with Turkey, Saudi Arabia and has maintained its relations with Tehran-which are of cooperation but not direct military alliance unlike with North Korea. This is key. Russia has a State Duma approved ally ship with NK but only an economic-military cooperation with Tehran.

The difference is with Tehran if someone attacks it, Russia will not respond according to the treaty, but only go along the UN charter. With North Korea, it will respond as if attacked.

This also means that Russia will remain “neutral” when it comes to Israel, therefore not fighting the US in terms of their full intent to expand Greater Israel. And even if we do see a Palestinian state it won’t be anything of power alongside an Israeli state. Russia wants a stable, diplomatic region and it has acted as “neutral” for a long time in regard to Israel and Iran. I don’t see that changing right now.

The problem is we know the ME will never be stable as long as Israel and the US exist there.

The other problem is that the US wants to isolate China way from Russia. This seems far fetched but it’s not. Because the US is already coming for China as they did so before during the last Trump administration. It sees China as a major competitor economically and militarily. By pivoting away from Russia/Eurasia for now it will be able to focus on it.

What Russia needs to understand and IMHO what I don’t think is yet fully understood by everyone in the nonaligned access is that if you give the US your hand they will take your whole arm.

They should note the politics in Georgia against those who are anti NATO; the NATO backed forces in Moldova, the delegitimisation of the elections in Belarus, the protests in Serbia, the upcoming election in Poland, and the US-NATO grip on Baltic and Balkan states. They’re going after them one by one so by the time they return to Russia because they will, things may be very different in Moscow. IMO they won’t rest until it is Balkanised, so long as NATO exists in this manner.

If a federal judge sat on the board of an NGO…..

If a federal judge sat on the board of an NGO, the president cut its funding, and the judge then issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) compelling the president to reinstate the funding, it would be a gross violation of judicial ethics and a clear conflict of interest—potentially warranting removal, impeachment, or even criminal investigation.

Legal and Ethical Issues:

1.Conflict of Interest (28 U.S.C. § 455)

A judge must recuse themselves from cases where they have a personal, financial, or fiduciary interest in the outcome. Issuing a TRO to restore funding to an organization they help oversee would be a blatant breach of this rule.

2.Judicial Misconduct (Code of Conduct for U.S. Judges, Canons 2 & 4)

•Canon 2: Judges must avoid “impropriety and the appearance of impropriety in all activities.” A judge ruling in favor of an organization they serve is a textbook example of judicial bias.

•Canon 4: Judges may engage in extrajudicial activities (such as serving on boards) only if they do not interfere with their judicial duties or lead to frequent disqualification. This scenario crosses both lines.

3.Separation of Powers Issue

A federal judge ordering the president to reinstate funding raises serious constitutional concerns under the separation of powers doctrine. Congress holds the power of the purse, and the Executive Branch administers funding. Unless the cut violates an explicit legal mandate (such as failing to follow statutory grant procedures), a judge has no legal authority to compel the president to restore discretionary funding.

4.Potential Grounds for Impeachment

•Abuse of Power: The judge would be using judicial authority for personal or organizational gain.

•Breach of Oath: Judges swear to uphold the Constitution and laws impartially; this would be a clear violation.

•Undermining Public Trust: Such an act would erode faith in the judiciary as an independent, neutral arbiter of law.

Likely Consequences:

•The ruling would almost certainly be overturned on appeal.

•The judge could face disciplinary action or forced resignation.

•If egregious enough, Congress could initiate impeachment proceedings under Article III of the Constitution.

•The Department of Justice or an inspector general could investigate for corruption or ethics violations.

Bottom Line:

This scenario isn’t just unethical—it’s judicial malpractice. A judge serving on an NGO’s board is already problematic. Issuing a ruling to restore its funding after the president cuts it would be an unambiguous abuse of power and grounds for severe legal and professional consequences.

Each branch of government is always vigorously interpreting the Constitution. Congress does when it makes laws, the president in his enforcement of those laws and exercise of executive power, the judiciary in cases pertaining to their domain and, by precedent, constitutional review. This is a give and take between the branches—one cannot simply declare supremacy above all others.

More often than not, its the best presidents who vigorously interpret the Constitution and find themselves in tension with the courts.

Hagerty Consulting will conduct “full project management” and coordination of all private and public entities,” the mayor said Friday. The work of rebuilding public infrastructure will also fall under Hagerty, Bass said.

Hagerty Consulting was founded by Steve Hagerty and his wife, Lisa Altenbernd. Steve Hagerty was the 21st mayor of Evanston, Illinois from May 8, 2017, to May 10, 2021. 

As Mayor, @MayorHagerty created a REPARATIONS PROGRAM for black residents. The Evanston Reparations Committee was established by the City Council of Evanston, Illinois in 2019 as the FIRST publicly funded reparations program for Black Americans in the US.

During the George Floyd Riots, Hagerty supported BLM and encouraged people to “march”, aka RIOT, for “social justice” and police reform, which included making all police officers wear body cameras. 

As Mayor, Hagerty supported Green New Deal initiatives and pushed for his city to fight climate change with renewable energy. Hagerty and his Illinois based firm are now in charge of overseeing the environmental aspect of the rebuild in the Palisades and ALL PROJECT MANAGEMENT on California Tax payers’ dime.

Hagerty is also part of George Soros’s Open Society Foundation’s “Mayor Exchange” program.

The CFPB’s Secret Data Empire:

Why Congress Must Shut It Down

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is the most unaccountable agency in the federal government. Created in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis under the guise of consumer protection, it quickly became something else entirely: a data-hoarding leviathan that rivals the NSA in its collection and storage of Americans’ private financial records. Unlike the NSA, which at least operates under the constraints of national security oversight, the CFPB is a rogue entity. It does not answer to Congress for its budget, as it receives its funding from the Federal Reserve rather than through appropriations. It does not report its activities transparently, having fought to conceal the full extent of its data collection programs. And it is uniquely positioned to weaponize financial information against political opponents, businesses, and individuals.

From the beginning, the CFPB sought to build an enormous database of personal financial transactions. By 2014, it had compiled records on 173 million loans. It was vacuuming up 87% of the U.S. credit card market’s transaction data and openly sought to increase that to 95%. It was tracking mortgage transactions, auto loans, and even consumer spending habits. The scale of this data-mining operation was staggering, yet the Bureau resisted transparency at every turn. When Congress inquired about the scope of its activities, the CFPB stonewalled. Lawmakers had to pass legislation forcing the Bureau to disclose what it had been collecting on American citizens.

The findings were chilling. The CFPB was not merely analyzing market trends; it was amassing detailed, account-level data on millions of Americans without their knowledge or consent. The Bureau’s claim that it anonymized the data was laughable. Given the specificity of the information—credit scores, mortgage details, social security numbers, individual transactions—the ability to identify individuals from such datasets was well within reach. The agency had, in effect, created a financial surveillance apparatus that made the IRS, NSA, and CIA look restrained by comparison.

Under the Trump administration, the CFPB’s runaway data collection was finally reined in. A series of reforms halted the mass gathering of personally identifiable information, and policies were put in place to prevent the Bureau from functioning as an unregulated domestic intelligence agency. But as soon as the Biden administration took control, the CFPB reverted to its old ways. New leadership under Rohit Chopra resumed aggressive data acquisition, operating under the same opaque policies that had prompted Congressional intervention years before. The Bureau returned to hoarding credit card, mortgage, banking, and payment app data—covering virtually every financial transaction an American could make. If you have a mortgage, a credit card, a bank account, or use services like Venmo, the CFPB has your data.

What makes the CFPB so uniquely dangerous is its structure. Because it is funded by the Federal Reserve rather than Congress, lawmakers have little ability to restrict or monitor its activities. This financial independence means the agency operates with virtually no oversight. The Federal Reserve simply transfers the requested funds, bypassing the legislative checks and balances that apply to every other federal agency. This design was deliberate. Those who created the CFPB wanted an agency that could regulate and penalize private businesses without being answerable to elected representatives. Recent reports from the Federal Reserve’s Inspector General confirm that the CFPB continues to engage in deeply troubling data practices. The most recent audit found major security lapses, including inadequate safeguards for sensitive financial information. The report outlined systemic failures in protecting consumer data, reinforcing longstanding fears that the CFPB has little interest in following the same security protocols it demands of private institutions. This is an agency that collects vast amounts of data but cannot even manage to secure it properly. The irony would be amusing if it weren’t so dangerous.

There is no fixing the CFPB in its current form. It is a rogue agency with too much power, too little oversight, and a history of brazen dishonesty about its activities. A financial regulatory body that amasses data on nearly every American citizen without accountability is an unacceptable threat to liberty.

Donald Trump and Russell Vought must act immediately. Their first step should be to appoint a special Inspector General tasked with uncovering what the CFPB has been doing for the past four years. How much data has it collected? What security breaches have occurred? Have financial records been weaponized for political purposes? These questions must be answered.

But oversight alone is not enough. Congress must move to abolish the CFPB entirely. Its regulatory functions can and should be absorbed by existing agencies—ones that are accountable to Congress and managed by officials who answer to the president. The CFPB, as an independent entity, is a failed experiment. It has proven itself to be an unaccountable behemoth with an insatiable appetite for Americans’ financial information. The only way to ensure it does not continue its abuses is to dismantle it.

The CFPB is a threat to privacy, due process, and democratic accountability. It is time to put an end to its unchecked power. If financial consumer protection is truly the goal, let it be handled by agencies that respect the limits of government authority. Anything less than full abolition is an invitation for continued abuse.
