Since when MSDNC?

Since when does the MSDNC and its demonic-rat-tick affiliates speak the truth about anything? They make up stuff (rules) – and stage play it out to their MSM Mockingbird Media public how would that public ever know the difference? Theirs is a scripted psy-op media civil war front.
