Definition of Psychotic

Psychotic disorders affect brain function affecting aberrant paranoiac and violent behaviors. Psychotics have trouble differentiating between their perceptions and reality. Psychotic disorders are called a “psychotic episodes” described as a loss of contact with reality. Psychosis affects thoughts, emotions, feelings and behavior causing considerable difficulty handling daily life. —crp
