U.S. Election 2012
There will be no election!
Hillary has stated that she is not going to run. That she is retiring from “public service” whatever the hell that means!. My impression is that there is going to be a “State of Emergency” declared before the 2012 elections even get off the ground. Obama will be secure for a “2nd Term” and so too Hillary and Robert (Gates). This is just the way the 2012 scenario will play out on the geopolitical level. Mark my words!
I stated this when Obama was first elected.
So we shall see how prophecy really works!
Yes we shall…..

Ground Troops May Never Be Necessary
Ground Troops May Never Be Necessary

This war is not about oil. That is a simplified understanding of the situation, applying old and lazy thinking to a new circumstance. The fall of the Libyan government appears to me to be an important step in the overall scheme to topple the monarchs and dictators of the Mideast, and to supplant them with a unified threat to the Western Powers. What appears to be democratic movements, will likely turn out to be the rise of a Caliphate that will sell itself to the Middle Easterners as a bulwark against the invasive and controlling Anglo-American allied powers. This will unavoidably lead to a dollar/financial crisis, energy-availability and expense crisis, and a global conflict that is purposed to synthesize a global form of government in its aftermath.
Ground troops may not be needed in Libya as Many of Gaddafi’s forces are pan-African mercenaries who are being bombed from the air, who will want to return home, and who may not have confidence that they will ultimately receive their timely compensation with Gaddafi’s assets being frozen abroad. All it will take is someone close to Gaddafi to have a little courage and a bullet, and this game is over.
PS: This is a comment to RIANOVOSTI article that I posted as:
Ground operation in Libya could start in April – Russian intelligence
It is a pretty intuitive response!

Obama Duck
Obama Duck
Obama and the Mayan Blessings I would relegate to a dog and pony show with so many distractions his Birth Cert, Gay Sex (Sinclair) and Drugs (Crack), Extravagant Entourage Trips abroad, Dis-association with War issues. He is a pre-meditated distraction. If it looks like a duck, waddles like a duck, quacks like a duck – it is a pretty good guess – it’s a duck! He is a distraction while strategies are being played out behind the MSM scenes.
PS: Christopher to Richard about the Mayan Blessing I can only refer to the venues of Sacred Mysteries .com and Gregg Braden’s Connections and Friends involved in this “Elders” group. One would be served better by having a direct experience with them or a DVD or Video study directly involving them – to see how this is being presented in the MSM and 2012 issues. Why it would involve Blessings for Obama etc….Chris

STATEMENT ON LIBYA
STATEMENT ON LIBYA
SECRETARY OF DEFENSE ROBERT M. GATES
MARCH 31, 2011
Mr. Chairman, thank you for the opportunity to speak to the ongoing international military operations over Libya.
I would start by providing some context for how we got to this point, at least from my perspective. In the space of about two months, the world has watched an extraordinary story unfold in the Middle East. The turbulence being experienced by virtually every country in the region presents both perils and promise for the United States, as stability and progress in this partof the world is a vital national interest.
This administration’s approach has been guided by a core set of principles that President Obama articulated in February – opposing violence, standing for universal values, and speaking out on the need for political change and reform. At the same time, we have recognized that each country in the region faces a unique set of circumstances, and that many of the countries affected are critical security partners in the face of common challenges like Al Qaeda and Iran.
In the case of Libya, our government, our allies, and our partners in the region, watched with alarm as the regime of Moammar Qadhafi responded to legitimate protests with brutal suppression and a military campaign against his own people. With Colonel Qadhafi’s forces on the verge of taking Benghazi, we faced the very real prospect of significant civilian casualties and hundreds of thousands of refugees fleeing to Egypt, potentially destabilizing that important country even as it is undergoing its own difficult transition.
With Qadhafi ignoring both the UN Security Council’s demand and the Arab League and Gulf Cooperation Council’s call to cease his attacks, and with our European allies expressing a willingness to commit real military resources to protect civilians in Libya under threat of attack, it became apparent that the time and conditions were right for international military action.
The goal of Operation Odyssey Dawn – launched on March 19 – was limited in scope and scale. The coalition quickly achieved its first military objective by effectively grounding Colonel Qadhafi’s air force and neutralizing his air defenses. During this first phase, the U.S. military provided the preponderance of military assets and firepower as well as logistical support and overall command and control.
Responsibility for leading and conducting this mission – now called Operation Unified Protector – has shifted to an integrated NATO command. Going forward, the U.S. military will provide the capabilities that others cannot provide either in kind or in scale – such as electronic warfare, aerial refueling, lift, search and rescue, and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance support. Accordingly, we will, in coming days, significantly ramp down our commitment of other military capabilities and resources.
The NATO-led mission, like its predecessor, is a limited one. It will maintain pressure on Qadhafi’s remaining forces to prevent attacks on civilians, enforce the no-fly zone and arms embargo, and provide humanitarian relief.
There will be no American boots on the ground in Libya. Deposing the Qhadafi regime, as welcome as that eventuality would be, is not part of the military mission. In my view, the removal of Colonel Qadhafi will likely be achieved over time through political and economic measures and by his own people. However, this NATO-led operation can degrade Qadhafi’s military capacity to the point where he – and those around him – will be forced into a very different set of choices and behaviors in the future. 2 In closing, as I have said many times before, the security and prosperity of the United States is linked to the security and prosperity of the broader Middle East. I believe it was in America’s national interests – as part of a multilateral coalition with broad international support – to prevent a humanitarian crisis in Eastern Libya that could have destabilized the entire region at a delicate time. And, it continues to be in our national interest to prevent Qadhafi from visiting further depredations on his own people, destabilizing his neighbors, and setting back the progress the people of the Middle East have made in recent weeks.
Mr. Chairman, I know you and your colleagues have many questions, so I will now turn things over to Admiral Mullen. As always, my thanks to this committee for all the support you have provided to our military over the years.

In Libya mission, war blurs humanitarian focus
In Libya mission, war blurs humanitarian focus
By Greg Jaffe and Karen DeYoung, Thursday, March 31, 9:23 PM
An operation billed as a humanitarian intervention in Libya by President Obama was described in starkly more military terms Thursday by the administration’s top two defense officials.
Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates told lawmakers that continuing coalition attacks on Libyan government troops — even when they were not directly threatening civilians — would encourage senior government and military officials to break with Libyan leader Moammar Gaddafi and inspire more civilians to join opposition forces.
“His military, at a certain point, is going to have to face the question of whether they are prepared over time to be destroyed by these air attacks or whether they decide it’s time for him to go,” Gates told the Senate Armed Services Committee.
The testimony came amid reports that another member of Gaddafi’s inner circle had defected, boosting the spirits of the beleaguered rebels. A top Libyan Foreign Ministry official, Ali Abdel Salam al-Treki, announced his defection in a statement sent to news agencies by his nephew. British Prime Minister David Cameron and White House spokesman Jay Carney on Thursday hailed the earlier defection of Libyan Foreign Minister Musa Kusa, saying it was a sign that Gaddafi’s power was eroding.
In eastern Libya, rebels fought their way back into the key oil-refinery town of Brega but were soon forced to withdraw under heavy shelling from Gaddafi’s forces, which maintain a huge firepower advantage over the ragtag opposition army.
In his testimony, Adm. Mike Mullen, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, blamed the rebels’ losses in recent days on the heavy cloud cover in Libya, which has prevented U.S. and allied jets from attacking Gaddafi’s ground forces.
Mullen said the sustained bombing campaign had destroyed as much as 25 percent of Gaddafi’s military arsenal and pledged that coalition forces would continue to hammer away at his ground forces.
Some of the United States’ partners have acknowledged that the initial descriptions of the intervention in Libya no longer apply. “What is happening in Libya is not a no-fly zone,” a senior European diplomat told reporters, speaking on the customary condition of anonymity. “The no-fly zone was a diplomatic thing, to get the Arabs on board. What we have in Libya is more than that.”
Although Gates said that unseating Gaddafi was not the stated goal of the military mission, he made clear that the United States and its allies intended to use military force to aid the Libyan opposition and compel Gaddafi and his inner circle to surrender.
“I mean we’re blowing up [Gaddafi’s] ammunition supplies,” Gates said in separate testimony before the House. “He can’t resupply from abroad . . . over time, that should work to the advantage of those in the opposition.”
The defense secretary also made clear his preference that other nations take the lead in training and arming the Libyan rebels. “If there is going to be that kind of assistance to the opposition, there are plenty of sources for it other than the United States,” he said. French officials have been among the most aggressive in pressing for military aid to the rebels.
In the House, lawmakers from both parties berated Gates over the cost of the mission, its undetermined length and what they said were its fuzzy goals. In the Senate, there was more support for the intervention, with several lawmakers saying they worried that the United States was not doing enough to oust Gaddafi.
The militaristic language used by Gates and Mullen prompted some lawmakers who oppose the intervention to accuse the Obama administration of misleading the public about its aims in Libya. “It seems to me, and I think everybody else, that we are clearly involved in regime change,” said Sen. James Webb (D-Va.).
Rep. Mike Coffman (R-Colo.) said the administration’s efforts to label the Libya mission a humanitarian intervention were dishonest. “This is the most muddled definition of an operation probably in U.S. military history,” he said. “To say this is not about regime change is crazy. Of course, it is about regime change.”
Gates acknowledged that the U.N. Security Council resolution approving a no-fly zone over Libya had authorized only the interdiction of Libyan aircraft, the enforcement of an arms embargo and the use of military force to protect civilians. But he defended the efforts to degrade Gaddafi’s military as a means of protecting the Libyan people from further attacks by the government.
The CIA has told lawmakers in classified briefings that Gaddafi’s forces have moved into towns where there are no reporters and killed a “substantial number” of people, said Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), chairwoman of the Senate Select Intelligence Committee, on Thursday. She advocated expanding the U.S. objectives to include Gaddafi’s ouster.
Mullen and Gates said that the U.S. level of participation in the coalition would begin to decline significantly in the coming days with NATO taking over command. In the Senate, several lawmakers voiced concern that reducing the U.S. role would lessen the effectiveness of the attacks on Gaddafi’s ground forces. They pressed Mullen and Gates for assurances that American AC-130 aircraft, which are among the most effective weapons in the U.S. arsenal against ground forces, would remain in the fight.
“I just can’t understand how we’re going to meet the objective that you’ve identified without going forward in a forceful fashion than we are right now,” said Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-N.H.).
In the House, mainly Republican lawmakers complained that the United States did not know enough about the rebel forces challenging Gaddafi’s decades-long rule. “We may not know much about the opposition or the rebels, but we know a great deal about Gaddafi,” Gates replied tersely. “This guy has been a huge problem for the United States for a long time.”
A senior administration official said the congressional criticism reflected the lack of options.
“There are appropriately a lot of questions being raised, but apart from those who want to go further and impose regime change militarily, there are not a lot of alternatives put forward,” said the official, speaking on the condition of anonymity. “It’s a situation that involves bad choices and worse choices.”

Hillary Clinton’s popularity reaches near-record high
Hillary Clinton’s popularity reaches near-record high
By Rachel Weiner
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton remains hugely popular in national polls. (Brendan Hoffman – GETTY IMAGES)
A new Gallup poll finds that 66 percent of Americans have a favorable view of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, up from 61 percent in July 2010 and approaching the highest numbers ever for the former New York senator.
Those numbers make Clinton considerably more popular than PresidentBarack Obama (54 percent favorable) and Vice President Joe Biden(46 percent.)
And, while as a Cabinet member Clinton is under far less partisan scrutiny than the president himself, Clinton also polls better than Defense Secretary Robert Gates.
“Because she is working as a loyal and diligent part of the Obama administration, she has the unified support of Democrats,” said Mark Penn, a pollster who worked with Clinton’s presidential campaign. “On top of that she is seen as showing particular strength on behalf of the national interest; that also brings her widespread support from independent voters and even some Republicans.”
Numerous surveys over Clinton’s tenure as the U.S.’s top diplomat have shown similar strong results, and each time they’ve stoked interest in what — if anything — the political future holds for Clinton. (A Gallup poll last November even found a third of Democrats hoping she wouldchallenge President Obama in 2012.)
Clinton has insisted — recently and at several other points during her time at State that she will not serve as second term in her current role, has no interest in other jobs within the Obama Cabinet and will not seek political office again in her lifetime.
And, while a cursory look at these numbers will almost certainly buoy those arguing that she should consider a 2016 run for president, there’s reason for skepticism that she would be able to sustain such lofty polling heights if she returned to the partisan political arena.
A look back the recent polling history of Secretaries of State suggests it is a widely admired position — no matter who holds the office.
Condoleezza Rice often polled twenty points above President George W. Bush. Her numbers stayed in the high 50s throughout her tenure, even as she underwent grueling Capitol Hill hearings over the Bush administration’s actions abroad. Madeline Albright was about as popular as then President Bill Clinton; Colin Powell was even more popular than his president, with approval ratings in the 80s.
All four of these cabinet secretaries may have benefited from reputations as trailblazers as well. Albright was the first female secretary of state. Powell was the first African-American secretary of the state. Rice was the first female African-American to hold the job, and Clinton was close to being the first female president.
And, while it’s easy to look at Clinton’s stratospheric approval numbers today and extrapolate out to another presidential bid, it’s likely that if she did choose to run again many people who support her now would begin seeing her through a more partisan lens and find her wanting.
In the Gallup data, four in ten Republicans have a favorable opinion of her. It’s virtually impossible to imagine those numbers not plummeting if she re-entered the political world.
Clinton has an example of that polling phenomenon in her own household. After leaving the presidency, Bill Clinton saw his popularity numbers soar. But, his deep — and, at times, controversial involvement in his wife’s 2008 campaign caused an extended dip in his favorable ratings. Once the campaign ended, however, Bill Clinton’s numbers returned to their previously high levels.
Friends of Clinton insist she should be taken at her word that there will be no more races in her future — no matter how popular she becomes.
“Honestly, I think shes looking forward to another chapter of her life,” said Terry McAuliffe, Clinton’s 2008 campaign chairman. “I think shes looking forward to finishing up this term…I don’t want to step on any toes here, but hopefully maybe she’s a grandmother by then. I could see her enjoying life.”

The so-called Fukushima 50, the group of around 300 technicians, soldiers and firemen who work in shifts of 50, have been exposed repeatedly to dangerously high radioactive levels as they attempt to avert a nuclear disaster.
The mother of one of the men has admitted that the group have discussed their situation and have accepted that death is a strong possibility.
“My son and his colleagues have discussed it at length and they have committed themselves to die if necessary in the long-term.”
Nicolas Sarkozy, the French president, said the world needed international safety standards on nuclear power by the end of the year as fears surrounding the extent of radiation leaks in Japan continued to grow.

Dear Teresa,
Christine is very wise!
I will model her perspective and Socratic Method as the best way to allow others to come to their own realizations and senses without overwhelming them with the facts or turning them off by being out reality.
Makes the best sense!
Thank You Again.
It is very rare that someone like yourself responds in this way.
You are providing the Service To Others by doing this.
I commend you!
Chris
Hello Christopher,
Thank you for the kind words about Christine’s writing, I will pass that on to her. She agrees with you that there is a lot of scientific evidence of this being simply another cyclic event in the normal processes of Earth’s geology. However, Christine also has to say this in order to appeal to a wider audience who might be more doubtful than yourself. She is reaching all kinds of people with this material, including beginners who are just beginning to check into this, and they are doubtful, but if she says that they will remain open to the rest of the material in the book. She tries to stay neutral in order to reach more people, and she doesn’t want to turn people off by stating that this is the way it’s going to be and no other. She let’s people make their own choices about those sorts of things.
Thank you so much for pointing all that out though, it is interesting to see how much evidence there is in the world about how this has happened before, many times.
Blessings,
Teresa Johanson

You Have A Choice
You Have A Choice
Every human has a choice to allow himself or herself to be influenced by darkness or light. Many have chosen to be influenced by darkness, the negative pole aspect of experience, and many have chosen to be influenced by light, the positive pole aspect of experience. If you are interested in this particular kind of book, or are focused on spirituality, then you are awakening to the spiritual push and pull energies that are in effect in this human evolution event. Your heart is leaning toward the lighter version of human experience.
Humanity as a whole is deciding on which path to follow. It has to make a conscious choice en masse as to how it wants to proceed. Basically, what is happening is a mass consciousness vote for one future or the other. That does not mean it has to be a 51% to 49% vote. It doesn’t work that way. Some people’s consciousness is more powerful than others. A person who knows how to use their consciousness effectively with an open heart can outweigh other parts of the mass consciousness who are not purposely affecting the physical reality machinery through conscious intention. It doesn’t matter whether someone is a beginner or not. What matters is the intensity with which he or she can intend something.
That is precisely the reason those who are serving the darkness within themselves have gotten into positions of power over others. They have purposely developed their abilities in the manifestation process, their powers of intention, and some even use magic. The intensity with which they project their consciousness into physical reality outweighs that of an ordinary person who isn’t really paying attention or doesn’t know he or she can use consciousness in specific ways.
This is how 1% of the population can overpower the rest of the individuals within that consciousness. They have an advantage over you not because they have been practicing these powers of the mind for a long time, but because they can do so with great intensity. These people have focused on their plans and ritualized their intentions for centuries, learning how to use their consciousness to manifest what they want. It is a family affair, it seems, and part of their training. These particular bloodlines consider themselves a special class, with special privileges.
Humanity’s consciousness has literally been hijacked through emotions, mental influences and physical survival in order to create and manifest a particular reality. Those who serve dark forces know how consciousness works, have been using it, learning about it, and practicing it for a long time.
Compared to them you are a beginner in the education on how to use your consciousness, even if you have been working on that ability in yourself for a whole lifetime now. Metaphysical and spiritual concepts have been hidden from the masses, utilized by those in power and kept secret. Spiritual powers of various sorts have been practiced by a certain class for a long time.
The understanding of cause and effect is well known to these practitioners and they know mass consciousness is the cause for the effect that today’s reality is. If it were possible to harness the mass consciousness of an entire species, a group of people could very well place themselves as the benefactors of a whole different kind of reality. If the mass consciousness could be coerced into creating a reality that those behind the scenes are encouraging through media, religion and economy, then a ruling class would indeed be in a position of power over the mass consciousness.
By keeping humanity from experiencing true fulfillment, freedom, or contentedness, it causes humanity to create a negative pole reality. If humanity was happy, peaceful, and at ease, this would be a far different reality that the mass consciousness would create than the reality it now projects. Very specific techniques are being utilized to cause humanity to create a reality that only 1% of the population wants. It has been an ambitious project by some sneaky rulers!
Your consciousness has been used for someone else’s purposes, and it is time now for you to rearrange that situation. If small group of people can influence such deep energies within humans to the point that it causes humanity to go in a specific direction, creating something else instead of what the species would create if left alone, these people would have a power that no one should have over another’s being, let alone an entire species.
The masses are now being faced with the consequences of having allowed such a thing to happen. As each individual awakens to these manipulations, it becomes possible to stop these manipulations and a change of direction can happen. The society we have known for so long is going to change in a very big way, one way or another, cataclysms or no cataclysms, because this reality as we know it is not sustainable, especially if the population were to grow any larger than it already is.
Pay Attention!
Most importantly, pay attention! You could miss a lot of important opportunities, options, and information if you stay on autopilot. Live in an awake, alert state. Spirit is always bringing you what you need, the right people for you to connect with, and the opportunities that are just right for you, everything. Make sure that you never stop being receptive to what is being given to you. …..
